- 1 lb chicken fillet, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Pita bread for serving
- Fresh vegetables for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade and coat well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread chicken onto skewers.
- Grill chicken skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.
- Serve with pita bread and fresh vegetables.

- For extra flavor, marinate overnight.
- Serve with tzatziki sauce for dipping.
