- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 pita breads
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken cubes and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread chicken onto skewers.
- Grill chicken for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
- Warm pita bread on the grill for a few seconds on each side.
- Assemble the sandwich with grilled chicken, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and tzatziki sauce.
- Serve immediately.
