- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 pita breads
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with olive oil, oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper for 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Skewer the marinated chicken pieces.
- Grill the skewers for 10-12 minutes until fully cooked.
- Warm the pita breads on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble the sandwich by placing grilled chicken, cucumber, tomato, onion, and tzatziki in the pita.
- Serve immediately.

- Serve with extra tzatziki on the side.
