Chicken, Spinach & Bacon Alfredo Pasta: A Creamy Delight

Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb chicken fillet, diced
  • 4 slices bacon, chopped
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
  6. Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring to combine.
  7. Add cooked fettuccine and bacon. Toss to coat.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve immediately.
