Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, oil, tandoori spice mix, salt, garlic paste, and ginger paste.
- Add chicken pieces to the marinade and coat well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the chicken for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally until fully cooked.
- Serve hot with naan or rice.
