Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, oil, tandoori masala, cumin, paprika, salt, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Add chicken to the marinade and coat well.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Preheat the tandoor or oven to high heat.
  5. Skewer the chicken and place it in the tandoor or on a baking tray.
  6. Cook for 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.
  7. Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
