Ingredients

- 1 kg chicken
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons tandoori masala
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- Fresh coriander for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, oil, tandoori masala, cumin, paprika, salt, garlic, and ginger.
- Add chicken to the marinade and coat well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Preheat the tandoor or oven to high heat.
- Skewer the chicken and place it in the tandoor or on a baking tray.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
