- 2 slices of bread
- 150g cooked chicken tandoori
- 1 tablespoon yogurt
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1/4 cucumber, sliced
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- Fresh cilantro leaves
Instructions
- Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
- Mix yogurt and mayonnaise in a bowl.
- Spread the yogurt-mayo mixture on one side of each bread slice.
- Layer the tandoori chicken on one slice.
- Add cucumber, tomato, onion, and cilantro on top of the chicken.
- Place the second slice of bread on top, spread side down.
- Cut the sandwich in half and serve immediately.
