Chicken Tandoori Sandwich: 10-Minute Flavor Sensation

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 150g cooked chicken tandoori
  • 1 tablespoon yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • Fresh cilantro leaves

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
  2. Mix yogurt and mayonnaise in a bowl.
  3. Spread the yogurt-mayo mixture on one side of each bread slice.
  4. Layer the tandoori chicken on one slice.
  5. Add cucumber, tomato, onion, and cilantro on top of the chicken.
  6. Place the second slice of bread on top, spread side down.
  7. Cut the sandwich in half and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use whole wheat bread for a healthier option.
