Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons tandoori masala
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, tandoori masala, and lemon juice.
  2. Add shredded chicken to the mixture and coat well.
  3. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
  5. Grill the marinated chicken for about 5-7 minutes until heated through.
  6. Warm the tortillas on the grill.
  7. Assemble the wraps by placing lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, and grilled chicken on each tortilla.
  8. Sprinkle chopped cilantro on top.
  9. Wrap tightly and serve.
