- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons tandoori masala
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, tandoori masala, and lemon juice.
- Add shredded chicken to the mixture and coat well.
- Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Grill the marinated chicken for about 5-7 minutes until heated through.
- Warm the tortillas on the grill.
- Assemble the wraps by placing lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, and grilled chicken on each tortilla.
- Sprinkle chopped cilantro on top.
- Wrap tightly and serve.
Notes
- Use any preferred vegetables for added crunch.
- Can substitute chicken with tofu for a vegetarian option.
