Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, sauté onions and garlic until soft.
  3. Add shredded chicken and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Layer half of the sliced potatoes in a baking dish.
  5. Spread the chicken mixture over the potatoes.
  6. Top with the remaining potatoes.
  7. Pour the chicken broth over the layers.
  8. Dollop crème fraîche on top.
  9. Arrange cheese slices over the crème fraîche.
  10. Bake for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender and cheese is golden.
