- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Sear chicken thighs on both sides until browned.
- Place chicken in the crockpot.
- Add garlic, onion, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour chicken broth over the top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Serve hot with your choice of sides.

- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Can add vegetables like carrots or potatoes.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
