- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add chicken thighs, season with salt, pepper, and basil.
- Cook until browned, about 5 minutes on each side.
- Add sun-dried tomatoes and chicken broth.
- Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 25 minutes.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.
