Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, garam masala, cumin, paprika, salt, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Add chicken cubes to the marinade. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread marinated chicken, bell peppers, and onions onto skewers.
  5. Grill skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
