Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken fillet, cubed
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons tikka masala spice mix
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in yogurt and tikka masala for at least 1 hour.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add onions, garlic, and ginger, sauté until golden.
  3. Add marinated chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  4. Stir in tomato sauce and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Add heavy cream, mix well, and cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and garnish with cilantro before serving.

Notes

  • Serve with rice or naan.
  • Adjust spice level by adding more or less tikka masala.
  • Can use chicken thighs for more flavor.
