Ingredients

- 500g chicken fillet, diced
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tablespoons tikka masala spice mix
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 400g canned tomatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt to taste
- Cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in yogurt and tikka masala for at least 1 hour.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until golden.
- Add garlic and ginger, cooking for another minute.
- Add marinated chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in canned tomatoes and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add heavy cream and mix well.
- Season with salt and garnish with cilantro.
- Serve with rice or naan.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less tikka masala.
- Let the chicken marinate longer for better flavor.
- Use fresh tomatoes instead of canned for a different taste.
