Chicken Tikka Sandwich: A 10-Minute Flavor Delight

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken tikka, shredded
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 1/2 cup lettuce
  • 1/4 cup sliced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup cucumber slices
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Spread the mixture on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Layer the shredded chicken tikka on two slices of bread.
  4. Add lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumbers on top of the chicken.
  5. Cover with the other slices of bread, spread side down.
  6. Cut the sandwiches in half and serve.
