- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons tikka masala spice
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, tikka masala, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, and salt.
- Add chicken to the marinade and coat well. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- Skewer the marinated chicken pieces.
- Brush with vegetable oil.
- Grill for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
- Serve with your choice of sides.
