- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the hot sauce, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Arrange the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Adjust the heat by adding more or less hot sauce.
- For extra crispiness, broil the wings for the last 5 minutes.
- Can be served with celery sticks and ranch dressing.
