Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the hot sauce, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat.
  4. Arrange the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Adjust the heat by adding more or less hot sauce.
  • For extra crispiness, broil the wings for the last 5 minutes.
