Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Add shredded chicken and stir until well coated.
- Lay out the whole wheat tortillas.
- Divide the chicken mixture among the tortillas.
- Add lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber on top of the chicken.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use grilled chicken for added flavor.
- Feel free to add other vegetables.
- Wraps can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
