Ingredients

- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix parsley, olive oil, vinegar, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Marinate chicken in chimichurri for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
- Serve with remaining chimichurri sauce.

- For best flavor, marinate overnight.
- Chimichurri can be used as a dressing or dipping sauce.
