Instructions
- Marinate chicken in soy sauce and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Add bell pepper, onion, garlic, and ginger.
- Stir-fry for 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Add oyster sauce and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot with rice.
