Ingredients

  • 1 cup chipotle ranch dressing

  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • 1 tomato, diced

Instructions

  1. Grill the chicken fillets until cooked through.
  2. Slice the grilled chicken into strips.
  3. In a bowl, mix the chipotle ranch dressing with the cooked rice.
  4. Lay a tortilla flat and layer rice mixture, chicken, black beans, cheese, lettuce, and tomato.
  5. Fold the sides of the tortilla in and roll it up tightly.
  6. Repeat for remaining tortillas.
  7. Serve with extra chipotle ranch dressing on the side.
