- 2 grilled chicken fillets
- 1 cup chipotle ranch dressing
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup black beans
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup lettuce
- 1 tomato, diced
Instructions
- Grill the chicken fillets until cooked through.
- Slice the grilled chicken into strips.
- In a bowl, mix the chipotle ranch dressing with the cooked rice.
- Lay a tortilla flat and layer rice mixture, chicken, black beans, cheese, lettuce, and tomato.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla in and roll it up tightly.
- Repeat for remaining tortillas.
- Serve with extra chipotle ranch dressing on the side.

- Customize with your favorite toppings.
- Can substitute chicken with beef or tofu.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
