Classic Chicken Mayo Sandwich: 10 Minutes to Happiness

A simple and tasty sandwich made with chicken and mayonnaise.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/4 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 4 slices of bread

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the chicken, mayonnaise, mustard, celery, onion, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture onto two slices of bread.
  4. Top with the remaining slices of bread.
  5. Cut the sandwiches in half and serve.

Notes

  • Use cooked chicken from a rotisserie for convenience.
  • Try adding lettuce for extra crunch.
