Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1/4 cup celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 4 slices of bread
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the chicken, mayonnaise, mustard, celery, onion, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Spread the chicken mixture onto two slices of bread.
- Top with the remaining slices of bread.
- Cut the sandwiches in half and serve.
Notes
- Use cooked chicken from a rotisserie for convenience.
- Try adding lettuce for extra crunch.
