- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add onions and bell peppers. Sauté until soft.
- Mix in the cooked chicken, tomatoes, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
- Serve hot.

- You can use any cooked chicken, including rotisserie.
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
