- 4 chicken fillets
- 1 cup chicken broth

- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 cup celery, chopped
Instructions
- Place the chicken fillets in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix chicken broth, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Add olive oil, onion, carrots, and celery on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Check the chicken for doneness and shred if desired.

- You can add other vegetables as desired.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve with rice or salad.
