- 4 chicken fillets
- 8 slices of prosciutto
- 8 sage leaves
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Season chicken fillets with salt and pepper.
- Wrap each chicken fillet with prosciutto and sage leaves.
- Dredge the wrapped chicken in flour.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sear the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden.
- Add white wine and chicken broth to the skillet.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
