- 2 boneless, skinless chicken fillets
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken fillets with salt and pepper.
- Set up a breading station: Place flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and mix breadcrumbs with Parmesan in a third.
- Dredge each chicken fillet in flour, dip in egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
