Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken fillets

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season chicken fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. Set up a breading station: Place flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and mix breadcrumbs with Parmesan in a third.
  4. Dredge each chicken fillet in flour, dip in egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
