Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/2 cup carrots, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, sauté onions, celery, and carrots until tender.
- Add garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Stir in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add shredded chicken and thyme.
- Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot.

- Can add your favorite vegetables.
- Store leftovers in the fridge.
