Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- While pasta cooks, scoop avocados into a blender.
- Add garlic, basil, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to the blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Drain pasta and return to pot.
- Pour avocado sauce over pasta and mix well.
- Serve immediately and top with Parmesan if desired.
