Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and Cajun seasoning; cook until chicken is browned.
- Add bell peppers and cook until soft.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
- Simmer for 5 minutes, then add Parmesan cheese.
- Mix in the cooked pasta and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.
