Creamy Chicken Marsala: 7 Reasons to Indulge Tonight

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken fillets
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Marsala wine
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Season chicken fillets with salt and pepper.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add chicken and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Remove chicken and set aside.
  5. Add mushrooms to the skillet and sauté until soft.
  6. Pour in Marsala wine and let it simmer for a few minutes.
  7. Add heavy cream and return chicken to the skillet.
  8. Cook until chicken is done and sauce thickens.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
