Ingredients

- 2 chicken fillets
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup Marsala wine
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Season chicken fillets with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- Add mushrooms to the skillet and sauté until soft.
- Pour in Marsala wine and let it simmer for a few minutes.
- Add heavy cream and return chicken to the skillet.
- Cook until chicken is done and sauce thickens.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- Serve over pasta or rice.
- Can substitute chicken with turkey.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
