- 4 chicken fillets
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, sauté onions and garlic until soft.
- Add mushrooms and cook until tender.
- Stir in heavy cream, chicken broth, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken fillets in a baking dish.
- Pour the mushroom mixture over the chicken.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
Notes
- Serve with rice or pasta.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
