Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.

- Add cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Cook on low for 4 hours.
- Cook the pasta separately according to package instructions.
- Stir in sour cream before serving.
- Combine with cooked pasta and serve warm.
