Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add shredded chicken, white beans, green chilies, chicken broth, and spices.
- Simmer for 15 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and cook until heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
