- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt to taste

- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 2 hours.
- In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Dredge marinated chicken in the flour mixture.
- Fry chicken in hot oil until golden brown and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken and drain on paper towels.
- Toss the fried chicken in buffalo sauce before serving.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less cayenne pepper.
- Use chicken fillets for a leaner option.
- Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
