- 1 whole chicken, cut into pieces
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon paprika

- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken pieces and buttermilk. Marinate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- In another bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Remove chicken from buttermilk, allowing excess to drip off.
- Dredge each piece in the flour mixture, coating well.
- Fry chicken in hot oil until golden brown and cooked through, about 15-20 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels before serving.

- For extra crunch, double-dip chicken in buttermilk and flour.
- Adjust spices according to your taste.
