- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions
- Marinate chicken pieces in buttermilk for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- In a bowl, mix flour, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Remove chicken from buttermilk and coat in flour mixture.
- Fry chicken in hot oil until golden brown and cooked through, about 15-18 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels before serving.
