- 1 kg chicken pieces
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups buttermilk
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine flour, curry powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Soak chicken pieces in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
- Coat soaked chicken pieces in the flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through, about 15-20 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate chicken overnight.
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less curry powder.
- Ensure oil is hot enough before frying.
