- 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, combine minced garlic and olive oil.
- Dip each chicken fillet into the garlic oil mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken fillets on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
