- 4 chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Coat marinated chicken in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Fry chicken in hot oil until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from oil and let drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your choice of sides.
