Instructions

- Dip chicken thighs into the batter, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat.
- Fry chicken in batches for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Toss the fried chicken in teriyaki sauce before serving.
