Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken fillets
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough

Instructions

  1. Place chicken fillets in the crockpot.
  2. Add chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, mixed vegetables, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  4. Shred the chicken in the crockpot.
  5. Cut biscuit dough into quarters and add to the crockpot.
  6. Cook on high for an additional 30 minutes until dumplings are cooked through.
