- 1.5 lbs chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, chicken broth, and sesame oil.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Add broccoli and bell pepper to the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Before serving, top with green onions.
Notes
- Serve with rice or noodles.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- For extra flavor, marinate chicken for a few hours before cooking.
