- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 cup biscuit dough
Instructions
- Combine chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, onion powder, garlic powder, and thyme in the crockpot.
- Stir until well mixed.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until heated through.
- About 30 minutes before serving, drop biscuit dough by spoonfuls on top of the mixture.
- Cover and cook until biscuits are golden brown.
Notes
- Use leftover chicken for quicker preparation.
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
- For a thicker filling, use less broth.
