Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 cup biscuit dough

Instructions

  1. Combine chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, onion powder, garlic powder, and thyme in the crockpot.
  2. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until heated through.
  4. About 30 minutes before serving, drop biscuit dough by spoonfuls on top of the mixture.
  5. Cover and cook until biscuits are golden brown.

Notes

  • Use leftover chicken for quicker preparation.
  • Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
  • For a thicker filling, use less broth.
