- 1 package (20 oz) cheese tortellini
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 cup diced tomatoes

- 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
- Add vegetable broth and diced tomatoes to the crockpot.
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add cheese tortellini and mix well.
- Cover and cook on low for 3 hours.
- Stir in spinach and heavy cream.
- Cook for an additional 30 minutes.
- Serve hot.
