- 4 chicken fillets
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken fillets in the crockpot.
- Pour in chicken broth.
- Add heavy cream and stir.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- In the last 30 minutes, add shredded cheese on top and cover until melted.

- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Serve with low-carb vegetables.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
