Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mix of coconut, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Dredge each chicken strip in flour, then dip in eggs, and finally coat with the coconut mixture.
- Place the coated chicken strips on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
