- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix coconut, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge each chicken strip in flour, then dip in beaten eggs.
- Coat the chicken strips in the coconut mixture.
- Place chicken strips on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

- Use unsweetened shredded coconut for best results.
- Adjust seasoning according to your taste.
