Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg.
- In another bowl, combine milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla.
- Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients until combined.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Shape dough into sticks and fry until golden brown.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl and coat the donut sticks.
