  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in yogurt for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add onion, garlic, and ginger; sauté until onion is translucent.
  4. Add marinated chicken to the skillet; cook until browned.
  5. Stir in crushed tomatoes, garam masala, cumin, and paprika; simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and cook for another 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with cilantro before serving.
