- 1 lb chicken fillet, cut into pieces
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in yogurt for at least 30 minutes.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add onion, garlic, and ginger; sauté until onion is translucent.
- Add marinated chicken to the skillet; cook until browned.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes, garam masala, cumin, and paprika; simmer for 20 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Garnish with cilantro before serving.

- Serve with rice or naan.
