Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the chicken fillets with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sear the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until browned.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish.
- Top each chicken fillet with cherry tomatoes and mozzarella.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
